Joined The Oxford Research Agency in 1993.
I started working in data processing before moving into a client servicing/ research analysis role.
Currently, I am in charge of the Customer Experience Team with overall responsibility for transport, retail, education and social research.
Interests: Whilst it is an age old excuse, a young family (all girls!) gives me little time for hobbies. I do often threaten to get my cricket boots out for one last season though! I like a nice glass of port on a cold winters evening.
Dislikes: Far too much (most of it completely irrational).
