The Oxford Research Agency is one of the UK’s fastest growing research agencies. We are a young, vibrant and ambitious agency, working in FMCG, Retail, Transport and Social sectors. Our goal is to be the agency of choice for both employees and clients alike, providing world class research in all of our specialist sectors.
We have now created Mimosa, a new Qualitative Division. Ths has been launched to meet the increased demand for qualitative research and to enhance the standards of both client service and product delivery.
To help with our growth plans we are looking to recruit ambitious Research Managers to join our qualitative research team.
Experience in FMCG would be a benefit but is not essential. You should have a proven track record in conducting top-class research, be ambitious and passionate about research. You will have been presenting research to clients and be ready to take on responsibility for your own clients.
You will be responsible for running projects from commissioning through to finalising presentations for clients. Strong influencing skills and the ability to develop stories from data would be beneficial.
Our team is a friendly, collaborative and forward thinking group of researchers who are pushing the boundaries in helping our clients become best in class. We are free of typical medium or large-agency bureaucracy, with the emphasis being on delivering excellent research to clients.
