We’ve have created a new and better approach to OTC research to ensure that we can continue to meet the ever increasing needs of this sector.

We have recruited a highly experienced team of healthcare research specialists and adapted our trusted specialist techniques and best practice in FMCG, retail, transport and social research to the OTC sector. Our quantitative and qualitative research spans concept and product development, packaging and pricing, shopper insight and service delivery. We also now offer increased qualitative insight for the OTC sector through the launch of Mimosa.

We closely track changes and developments in government healthcare legislation (for Healthcare Authorities and Primary Care Trusts) and industry sectors across different countries. All information is used to ensure research recommendations are put into context for all relevant stakeholders including consumers, healthcare specialists and pharmacists.

Conducting all logistics internally ensures quality control, maintaining service standards across our own field team, data analysis and project teams.

Whilst we continue to conduct face to face research in this sector, we have an expanding expertise in online studies for cost and time effective solutions.
